My house is full of all my favorite Peeps. I love how colorful and nostalgic Peeps are. This year, I may have gone a little crazy with the Peeps. In fact, I was on a Peephunt for the chocolate mousse Peeps that I finally found after searching TEN different stores.
The Peeps don't stop with the marshmallow yumminess. My friend Teishi told me about the MADE blog. I fell in lurve with the banner, so I made three. One for the dining room that I sewed to yellow gingham ribbon and I will display for our Easter egg decorating day and one for each of the girls' bedrooms. Those are sewed to bright pink gingham ribbon. They look so cute in their rooms. Abby even has a strand of Peeps chick lights in her room.
Here is the banner for the dining room. I have already taken it down though. It doesn't match with the rest of our Easter decor, but will be back up for egg decorating.
Of course, I couldn't stop there. I made us all Peeps bunny aprons to wear while coloring eggs.
And since I had extra "chocolate" Peep felt, I sewed more bunnies to top off treats for some of Hailee and Abigail's friends.
I am done sewing Peeps though. I think 55 are plenty. :)
